Biography:

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.  I graduated from Webster University in 2008 with a B.A. in photography with a concentration in journalism.  Although I am primarily a photojournalist, I also photograph high art, documentary work, sports, weddings, and events.  While attending Webster University I was a staff photographer with The Journal, Webster's student newspaper, I also freelanced for a local weekly paper The Webster-Kirkwood Times and The South County Times, as well as, interned there.  Some of the more notable stories I have covered have been the Kirkwood City Hall Shooting on February 7, 2008 and all of the events that followed the next week and a half, I also covered the flooding of the Meramec River in Fenton, Missouri in March, 2008, as well as, the flood relief that followed, and The Maplewood shooting in July of 2008. As of late I am a freelancing photojournalist seeking a staff possition.


As far as equipment goes I am currently shooting with a Canon 1D Mark II.  I am also well versed in 35mm SLR, large format, and medium format cameras, as well as, studio lighting equipment.  I can also effectivley use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
